Commercial home inspector Inspection

We're certified

All inspections will be accompanied by a complete and thorough report with descriptions and pictures of deficiencies found.

What is a commercial inspection?

Whether you’re buying, selling, renting, or leasing a commercial space, getting the building checked out by a qualified property inspector before finalizing the agreement can help you determine if there are any significant problems with it.

The commercial property will be examined for signs of damage or potential problems. Your inspector will look at the exterior of the building, including its surfaces, exterior equipment, and the surrounding floors (such as exterior stairs, handrails, and paved areas) to evaluate their condition and compliance with rules, codes, and regulations—interior walls and insulation. The walls will be looked over for cracks, mold (by request), water damage, and other problems. Windows and doors. Windows will also be examined for cracks and wear, and they will ensure that the building entries are accessible to emergency personnel. Electrical and mechanical. Any lights and security systems (inside or outside) are assessed to ensure they’re in good working order. All electrical switches, outlets, circuit breakers, and ground fault interrupters will be examined.

Why get a commercial inspection?

Hiring a commercial property inspector is crucial when it comes to saving money and making a significant investment. Whether you’re a building owner, property manager, leasing agent, lender, or tenant, a commercial property inspection can provide a thorough and accurate assessment of your building and assist you in making the best possible decisions.
